interesting facts:
Falkuša is a type of a fishing boat contructed in Croatian harbour of Komiža in 9th/10th century. A replica of such a boat was constructed in 1997 in order to present it on EXPO'98 exhibition in Lisboa, Portugal and was therefore named Comeza-Lisboa. The event in Lisboa was held under the motto "Oceans - heritage of the future", so Croatia presented its historical connection with the Adriatic Sea. This EXPO was for independent Croatia the first occasion to present the qualities of the country on a World Fair.
