This coin commemorates 50th anniversary of 3rd Silesian Uprising.
Between 1919 and 1921 three uprisings took place in Upper Silesia. The conflict between Polish and German inhabitants finished only after the third and largest one. It resulted in incorporating larger part of Upper Silesia to Poland.
