interesting facts:
A training frigate (full rigged ship) Dar Pomorza (literally Gift of Pomerania) was constructed in 1909 in Hamburg, Germany as Prinzess Eitel Friedrich. It was bought by inhabitants of Pomerania Region for Naval School in Gdynia and baptised as Dar Pomorza on July 13, 1930. Today, it is standing at the pier in Gdynia as a museum ship.
